Welcome to my channel! Here you can find Pilates and Yoga videos that help you connect to your body and mind through safe, precise and effective movements. Through better understanding of how our bodies and minds work together, we can gain more strength both physically and mentally. With greater awareness and mindfulness, learn to regulate your needs and well-being.
I have been teaching Pilates and Yoga for 20 years. Movement has been part of my life since early childhood. I trained to become a professional ballet and contemporary dancer before discovering my love and passion for practicing and teaching Pilates and Yoga. I also love running, cycling and horse riding.
I would love you to join me on this journey and share the wonderful benefits that our Pilates and Yoga practices have to offer. Learning how to look after our bodies and minds to keep healthy, strong and flexible is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves.

I really enjoyed this short practice but was distracted by the initial sound quality - was this just my device ?!?
I enjoyed it as well, but also had sound quality issues
Thank you for this new exercise. It is really excellent (same as all the rest of them) but there is one PROBLEM - the SOUND is really bad. Thank you for all your exercises.
Thank you for your feedback. We are not 100% happy with this sound either:( We actually are using a new, better microphone here but the challenge we have is that there is a trainline behind the studio and since most trees were cut, each time a train passes (which is every 5 mins) it's much noisier now in the background. So we either have the train passing in the background or in this video, we used voice isolation to eliminate the background noise but now the actual sound is not good anymore... still looking for a solution...

Wow, this was really great. It makes me hot from the inside, then outside. Since i make your classes i got back my waist. Thank you for all your work. I only make classes with the lenght of up to 30 Minutes because of my arthritis. But it helps to go over the pain most of the time.😄
